They called three times today. Americanized female voice warns that I will be sued by IRS if I don't call back. I hope they are still waiting for my call. The old IRS scam lives on!

I got three robocalls today from this number. Twice I called back and got no answer (during regular business hours, yet! These scammers need to smarten up and at least get an answering machine!). The third time I called (after the third robocall), I got the same thing as everyone else: a guy with an Indian accent, identifying himself as the IRS - I didn't let him get far enough in his spiel to identify himself further. I asked him why I was getting an IRS call from Washington DC instead of my local office, and he just said, "The IRS is in Washington DC". I informed him that I had already reported that phone number to the TIGTA (true), and that if he calls me again I would report him to further watchdog agencies (also true if it happens again).
Robo call using a female voice stating an IRS lawsuit had been filed against us. Note: The individual said, Internal Revenue Services (not Sevice). Either these idiots don't know the correct name of the Agency or are building a defense that they are not impersonating the actual IRS should it come to prosecution. Either way, block their call back number and call TIGTA.
