Received a threating phone call stating I would be prosecuted and if I did not respond all they could wish me was the best to take this problem of my back-total scam!!!
Yes! I got a call on my cell and they left a Voice mail that I would and or was being Prosecuted!??! For what I do Not know! I am on SSI and do Not pay Tax's!!! I do not make enough! I tried to call back and got there voice mail saying there was no one in the office now?? I let a massage to call me back and explain just what the hell this is all about! I do not even have any traffic Tickets!! LOL! After reading this site I am sure this must be a Big fat scam! I will report this to the national registry of do not call lists and report it, but other then that I don't see what else I, Or, anyone else can do? I have gotten several calls from US Numbers only to find out they where from India or someplace trying to sell me something or scam me! I may be 65 But I an That Dumb!!! The Government NEEDS to DO Something about this!!!!
The IRS does not need to sue anyone. They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office. Several of them. Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for. Again delivered by the Post Office. Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own. If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge? They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.

Scam call. Obviously sounds like a robotic voice call. Stated the same things as above: federal charges, failure to appear before grand jury, good luck if you don't return their call, etc.
