I got a call from a lady claiming to be from Internal Revenue Service. She sounded like a turkey from either India or Pakistan. She flat out saying I am going to be arrested for tax evasion without even going into the details. At least she could lose her heavy accent so I will somewhat be convinced she's legit (or not).
