I contacted Ace Cash Express Installment Loan at 202-241-0254 to get an installment loan. They sent me an email with the Ace Cash Express logo on the top and green dot go bank logo on the bottom. They told me that I had to pay a 300.00 compatability fee on the green dot MoneyPak which I did, then they told me that I had to pay a 210.00 financial tax thru the same system I did but was asking for names which they gave me first person I spoke with was Brian Newman, then I had to speak with his supervisor Kevin Smith with his Fed Tax ID DEV777 for th 210.00 part. They told me they could not get the money to load into my bank so they wanted to send it to WESTERN UNION. I was desperate and crying at this time so I had to get another 210.00 green dot MoneyPak card to pay the Western Union fee. I then was sent to Manager Chuck Jones and when I did that they would give me my Western Union but the website was not letting him download to get the money. He told me to go to any Western Union and show my driver's license and they would give me the money if not have the Western Union ID number. Now this morning I am trying to call them like the Manager told me to do and of course they are not answering the phone now. I still have the 3 green dot Money Pak cards is there a way to trace them? Any assistance I can get I would appreciate it.
