I keep getting calls from this number. Most of the time no one is there when I answer or they hang up on me after saying hello. When I call this number back I get a recording that identifies them as Avaya IP services. They tell you to press *H to speak to someone and then it asks you for a password.
I got a call from a man with a very thick Indian accent named Roger Lee from Washingtom D.C. saying that through mygovernmentgrants.com I was receiving a $7,000 grant. I told him I didn't understand why he was calling me and he sent me to that website and it really looked bogus. He wanted to send me paperwork to fill out and he kept trying to get my bank account numbers. I told him I never give anyone that information over the phone and he got all defensive and rude about it. I looked online to see if this was a scam and obviously it was. I told him I wasn't interested and that he needs to remove my number from his calling list and he just laughed at me and said, "well fine!" and hung up. What kind of idiot would fall for that?
