I keep getting calls from this number. Most of the time no one is there when I answer or they hang up on me after saying hello. When I call this number back I get a recording that identifies them as Avaya IP services. They tell you to press *H to speak to someone and then it asks you for a password.
Second call today. No msg on the first call. I was reading these posts when they called. Answered in Spanish. The asked for me with correct name. Hung up on me. Now blocked.
I received 2 calls from 202-544-1424. One call came in today 12/9/2016 at 12:30 PM, the 2nd call came in from this same number at 3:00 PM. He would only give his first name, "David". Very heavy Indian accent, he proceeded to tell me I was eligible for a $7,000. grant, and I would not have to repay this to the US Government. In order to collect the grant, I should call 646-653-0359, the Account Manager will further direct me on collection of the funds.
I keep receiving calls without leaving message from this number. I finally picked up and it was a woman and she said I was awarded a $9000 grant. When I asked more questions, she hung up.
