They keep calling, very persistent.  No message left. When I called back an automated system says " We called you to participate in a conversation about current events.  If you would like to be added to our do not call list, press 1".  I did that, we shall see if that works.

Caller ID said Local Caller.  I don't consider Washington D. C. local to St. Louis, Mo.
