I didn't listen to it but it said there is a warrant out for my arrest and I was to call them back.  Never used my name.

When you get a call from any of these numbers, call back and tell them that they are not who they say they are,  I've become a real pain to these people  Call them back,  it's the only way to beat these scanners!!!!!!!!!!!!

Said there's a warrant for my arrest and unless I call back they'll activate it.

Left a barely intelligible message about a warrant out for an arrest .

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE PEOPLE BACK.  THIS IS THE IRS SCAM FROM INDIA!!  They will leave you a message saying a warrant for your arrest will be activated if you do not call back.  DO NOT CALL!    The IRS DOES NOT call people, they send letters 100% of the time.  Once they have a record you called, they will continue to contact you.
