called me saying the us goverment is suing me and if i dont call her back then i can take my chances. ???

A computerized voice that called itself Natasha Brown, an IRS agent insisted that either my lawyer or I should call back at the same number because I am being sued, even gave me a case number. CH76295. They don't know my history of ignoring lawsuits.

Got the same call as the person above .

I called back and apparently my taxes weren't "done correctly" for the year 2012. I got the same case #(CH76295) So officials are going to contact me and arrest me in the next 45 mins if i want this woman to proceed legal action against me. Once i told her i would contact my lawyer, she said ok and hung up.
WTH! Should i be worried?

Good heavens, NO.  This is a well-known scam.  The IRS warns about these scams.  Here is the IRS site:
