Got a call 3 times today (5/11/16) from this number claiming to be the IRS. It was a recorded message and it have a website to make payments. I have no IRS debt. However there have been multiple claims of fraudulent charges from the same type of calls in our area (East TN).

Same here! Four times today. I called the real IRS and they verified I had no debt. Every time I try calling this number they tell me to hold on, and then I am disconnected!
