I received the same phone call an Amanda McNair I had spoke to a male at first . That I was randomly selected because I haven't been arrested & pay my bills on time ? Then she tells me that I have to verify who I am by sending $200 that they couldn't just deduct from the amount sent to me. Idk seems like a bunch of bs especially now that I see all this and the same number being reported.
Received a phone call similar to loan/grant this one gets a bit more interesting as I am a student in Corinthian college (Everest Unviristity) which is closing and loans are being forgiven by the US G. My husband looked up the number and found this site. He even called the number. got a call back within 5 minutes wanted the loan ID number. said he didn't get one, was told by "Amanda" that needed a ID. He advised that was interesting considering there were many reports from this number calling for scams. Suddenly call dropped. If I cash the check as the US Reserve Bank I can get the $200 credit back for the wire transfer. Reported also to the USFRB as they are claiming to be with them.
I'm going thru this right now I western union the 200$ to them them I was transferred to a David Johnson who asked for 500 I knew it was a scam Amanda calling me now she said she didn't know about the 500 and asked did I receive my money she's calling them and says she's calling me right back! IS THIS A SCAM PEOPLE?
