these people are using this service to determine where YOU are,,via the cell towers or Narcotics sting ray device. You are being monitored by the government.
I receive a call 7am in the morning on my land line which woke me up (totally p offed). A foreign woman asked for someone in my house hold but she could not pronounce the name correctly. So when she asked if I was that person, I said no, then she suddenly hung up. Therefore, I didn't get a chance to unsubscribe. I tried to call that number back and an automated system asked me for a code , I made up a code or two and entered it in, I was unsuccessful. So there is really no way to unsubscribe or complain about this unwanted solicited caller. Annoying right? If anyone has a solution, please let me know.
RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ... WAS SOME FOREIGN PERSON .... TOLD HIM TO TAKE ME OFF OF HIS LIST...IT WAS A FEDERAL LAW ... AM ON THE "NO CALL" LIST WITH THE FEDS...WHAT A JOKE THAT IS!!!
Called at 12:00pm caller id said human capital 1, the caller had an indian accent from India?Ask for me could not understand him.He says it was for a government grant for money, I told him I was not interested in any grant and to quit calling or I would call police and my lawyer. He hung up very quickly.Scammers.

Called my number as early as 6am...and as late as 9:30pm...I have never answered except for today. Some guy who could hardly speak English stated that I was a convicted felon for drug use and the FBI was looking for me. They could help me if I wanted their assistance. I hung up on them and they called me right back. I had a few choice words for them and blocked the number.
