The automated voice message left stated "The IRS has filed suit against you - call us at this number immediately". Of course I know this is bogus but lots of people don't and get scared or worse - they'll call back and get sucked in. The IRS will never call you. Make sure your family and friends know that this is a scam - particularly Seniors.

They will pick up the phone pretending to be IRS office. Don't be afraid if enough people call they will eventually get tired of us. If phone companies don't do anything about these [***] than we fight back !!
It seems to be a scam because they left several messages saying The IRS has filled a suit against you, but every time I call to this number form a different phone they hang up on me.
