They are calling and asking to speak with my elderly mother. Caller identified herself as "Jessica". They will not tell me their last name, or the name of their organization. They hang up when you ask for this information or why they're calling.
My mother has entered a number of sweepstakes contests by mail, and I'm guessing that's how they got her number.
When you call their number, there is a recording. So, apparently, they are set up to call out, but not receive calls.
