It's from a so-called veterans organization. I've never heard if this one. That, in conjunction with calling on a Sunday night AND being on the Do-Not-Call list, makes me suspect a scam.
I, too, don't answer any calls unless I recognize the number. I received two calls from this number last week so it looks like they're starting again this week and they never leave a message.
I, too, just received a call. Didn't answer but they didn't leave a message.
Even though it isn't the "political season" there are numerous people
who are taking "surveys" for one thing or another. Who are they kidding?!
Everyone knows surveys are bent toward the answer for which they are looking.
Unbelievable!
Thanks 800notes.com for this forum!

Charities are exempt from the Do Not Call List law.
Telemarketing is a relatively expensive way for a charity to ask for donations. They have to contract with a for-profit boiler room to make the calls. The boiler room keeps about 70% of every donation to cover expenses.
(Before the Do Not Call List law was passed my area was the armpit of telemarketing. I heard the 70% number on my local news one evening.)
