It's from a so-called veterans organization. I've never heard if this one. That, in conjunction with calling on a Sunday night AND being on the Do-Not-Call list, makes me suspect a scam.
This is not a legitimate number or organization - this guy also calls from 941-244-5820, 954-745-3011 and over the last few months has been calling from several different numbers with 239 area code. If you call any of these numbers back you get a recording with same guy's voice but never indicates a company name. Do not call back and put yourself on his do not call as it will only confirm your phone # as a valid # for him to keep calling from all different numbers
