The caller immediately tried to make me feel legally threatened. Didn't even try to verify who I was before telling me that I was on trouble with the IRS. TOLD ME NOT TO HANG UP!!! My advice is too ALWAYS hang up and call the number back only after verifying the ligitamy of the number.

recieved automated call saying it was the IRS trying to collect taxes from me and to call them back immediatley. Sounded like a scam but called anyway to double check. Some jamoke answered in a very unprofessional sounding way claiming he was with the IRS. I said you are not with the IRS...he then started saying @#% you you #$@!in' !#%hole and then just started laughing like moron and hung up. Clearly an illegal scam. I reported to the treasury department. The guy who answered had a thick Indian accent.
