I kept getting calls from this number. When I did finally answer, he said my name and then said he was from the federal grants office. I said no and hung up. After that he kept calling never leaving a voicemail so I blocked the number. The man had an asian accent.
This number stayes its "Merceron Adrian" on my CID. They've called multiple times in the last few times. Most times I would just PUHU but today I decided to answer. The lady on the other end was "Mary" and sounded like an "Indian Asian" woman. She was definitely reading from a script and told me I was selected out of 1500 ppl that they did a survey on to win $10,000 in government grant money with no cost to me and would be tax free. She wanted to give me a confirmation number and collect some info from me. Luckily my infant was bawling so she told me she'd call back later. Just registered my phone on the DNC registry. Hopefully I don't get another call. It's really frustrating when you're waiting on an important phone call from your child's pediatrician and then it's these stupid scammers on the other end.
