Called my home at 02:16 A.M. Never spoke. When I called back, it was busy. I waited and called them back during the day, still busy. I know that the 202 area code is Washington DC, but the zhz_sw is a Chinese connection. They've only called once, but if it happens again, I will report them to the PUC.

Once you ordered they call within minutes if its there business hours. Usually companies like this form out in the eastern countries ex, china.

They probably use skype, get a Washington DC number but are calling from china.

And its also possible that this was an old skype number that called and did pranks, then recycled it to susan express.

I think what is happening here is people putting down random phone numbers when they order 'gold' from SusanExpress.  They do call when you make your first order to confirm that it is legitimate and when they have a bogus number to call, well it's annoying and inconvenient to the callee.
