Who called from 2025994945

We receive a couple of calls a day from this number. They never leave a message.

I am tired of all these unwanted calls.  Do not call does not seem able to stop them.  If they are coming from Washington, why can't they be stopped?

they call at least three time,s a week i don,t answer anymore i get tired of it don,t they have anything better to do

Does anyone know what the scam is, they do not speak, or leave a message. some one said to be sure to check your misce billing on your telephone bill, cant the phone co stop this crap
