These people are harassing a--holes. They called me today ,and said the sheriff is cmg tomorrow. I ask questions, and they hang up. I hate them calling. I might get my # changed,but its a shame it comes down to that. They said I owe money offered to give debit card info and thety said oh no, you dont need to do that.So whats the deal????? I HOPE THEY ROTE IN H___. Hope no one gets a call from them they will haunt you.
I just got the same call Chad....they are going to pick me up at 11:10 a.m. and haul me off to jail. They not only called my residence, but called my place of employment to say I was going to be arrested tomorrow morning. This is slanderous, liableous and defamation of character. Needless to mention it is against the law, especially the Fair Debt Collection Act. When I started quoting the law to them, they hung up on me, still insisting I was to be arrested tomorrow a.m. (for a civil matter). A Complaint has still not been filed with the court.....very interesting. How do we go after these people???
My husband and I are getting calls from these jerks. They said that they put $350 in my checking account in November 09...I checked my statements and there is no record of this transaction. My question is if you put it in there why haven't you taken it out if you have my information. This is a SCAM to get money from you...Just ignore the calls. I don't answer the phone when I see Private Name Privatenumber or this 202 number. They also have cells with local numbers as well . If no name shows on the caller ID I don't answer. My Husband and I looked into the Money Mutual ad with Montel Williams once and ever since we are getting these calls. We never accepted the agreement we declined it and never applied for money and never rec'd money from them....SCAMMERS
