I receive several calls from this number every week. I wait several second but there isn't a recorded message or anyone on the line. Not sure if they are calling my office number or cell phone as I have my office calls forwarded to my cell most of the time.
I have had several calls from this number. They even have a 443-701-9642 number. The 202 number comes up as Call Center DC and I found out that both numbers are originated with Bureau of Collections Recovery, Co.
Called May 20, 2010. Caller ID said "AICR." I answered the phone; person said "American Institute of Cancer Research." I demurred for I had company at the time; person said, "may we call you back at another time..."
