I too keep getting calls from this number on my work phone. The first few times I answered the call and the woman hung up on me. Now I just ignore the calls
It,s the scam artist company bcr I get calls from different numbers on my caller i.d from them trying to collect bogus money from an old AT&T bill, the original amount was paid but bcr is trying to collect on some sort of expanded amount which will Never be paid or acknowledged, they are simply a verizon and at and t subsideary hopeing they can find people stupid enough to fall for their scam..
This some sort of Scavenger collection agency called BCR, they try to collect on charge off debts that are no longer system billed, often they use different phone numbers from areas all around the country, I wouldnt be concerned about them at all, yes it,s a good idea to report any and all phone numbers that call you and try to collect from a charge off debt, that year my husband and I received a total of twenty eight thousand dollars from two different class action suits from dead beat collectors like this bcr and trust me in saying we have joiined the class action suit against this one also, hey it,s free money and it stops this type of bottom feeder collecting..
These idoits called me this morning at 8:01 and let it ring about 12 times, from what I read this is a collection agency for Verizon --- I do not owe them anything --- I have a pre-paid cell phone from AT&T and also I am a 73 year old senior citizen and I DO NOT need this kind of crap at anytime let alone eight o"clock in the morning.
