Got the same call, told them if a civil suit is to be filed they would have to summons me, but since this is BS they won't. Or they won't send it registered, so throw it away. It's a fishing expo. They play the odds on you responding to a settlement. If this was real a letter would arrive from a law firm with that firm heading, explaining the suit. Not a random call from some flunky.
They keep calling me. I don't answer since I don't know the number and if it's important they will leave a message.....well one time I got the same as Dick saying something about a delivery...The beginning of message was cut off, not professional so I never called them back.
this company is BS- I have asked ot be removed for the last 3 months and today I got someone pretending to be a manager who tells me that they have removed my number. I am contacting the BBB to report them.
