Got a call from this number on Nov 23, 2106. Caller ID read "WITS3". When Iooked up this information, it is supposed to be for Washington Interagency Telecommunications Systems 3, which is a branch of Verizon.  Don't now why they'd be calling me since I don't like in or around Washington DC.
