Received a message at 9:42 this morning. Does anyone actually believe that the IRS would make phone calls like that? They would send letters, certified letters, garnish wages, but make threatening phone calls? Not hardly.
It is an IRS scam. Claiming I owed taxes from several previous tax years. He wanted to arrange a payment plan. I told the guy ... this almost seems like a practical joke ... and he actually laughed.

received a threatening phone call from irs audit dept. for tax fraud and a law suit being filed . if i dont respond an arrest warrant will be issued. this guy is a crook and needs to be caught as soon as possible . be aware of such criminals and use common sense.
