We therefore call on you to ensure that you make provision of the crate so that your puppy may flourish under his life insurance coverage thereby being  allowed to continue his voyage home.
You are again reminded that , the Electronic crate fee is Totally Refundable . By this , we mean that , the total amount of  $944  shall be refunded to you by our pet Couriers at the time of delivery. That is , upon your identification and endorsement of all necessary pickup documents, you will have your crate fee refunded to you as soon as your puppy is taken out of the crate . These fee is just to cover as a Collateral Security in case the customer insists on keeping the crate or returning the crate at a later date. We count on your prompt cooperation in as much as the implementation of this measure of concerned . You are to note that , the Colorado Custom authorities will deny any responsibility if your puppy suffers any defect as a result of your excessive delay in your provision of the electronic crate for his travel . We expect that , you treat this as a matter of urgency as this directly concerned the health , life and travel of your puppy. In making the payment of the Refundable Air Condition  crate fee , you will have to contact the airport in Phoenix, AZ and ask them how to make this payment as this payment is to be made to the departure airport;
