I also received a call from this number (it appeared as a private number) saying I needed to call the manager at 202-643-0038 and when I called the "manager", he (Kevin Marshall) with a voice that sounds of foreign decent, told me I needed to send $299 to cover the fees for IRS taxes... Ummm... SCAAAAAMMMM!!! Not sending him nothing. Why? So he can have my bank account information. Umm... No THANK you... Definitely a scam. If the government is sending you a grant, they won't usually call. They will send a paper in the mail to let you know it is FOR REAL! Scammmm!! lol
My son received a call from this number, offering a $9,000 grant. Ask him for $250 and, since he stayed on the call, after a couple of minutes of "processing" the grant, they ask him for $800. At that point, my son decided to contact me. It was definitively a major scam. Nothing else happened, of course and the account was never touched, but it's outrageous!!!
