Got recording from Bryan Jones that a legal complaint that a Federal Crime had been committed regarding this phone number. Called number, and they didn't who I was and if there was any doubt about who they were to call the local police.
Same thing happened to me, Brian Jones said that he was an attorney for the IRS and said that I knowingly committed fraud against the government, told me that my accounts would be frozen and that I would be arrested if I didn't settle the debt immediately. If I settled in court with my lawyer present I'd pay 10X the amount the amount he quoted me. Funny thing, I was in my attorney's parking lot when I took the call. Never heard back from him.
