The place was gut renovated 1 month ago and the pics were taken 2 weeks ago .I own the place no corporation or agencies involved .Most of my time I am on bussiness and I wanted someone to take care of the apt .Right now I am on a trip in London and will be back in 6 days .
As I am almost always on the road with bussiness, I do not live there anymore so I decided to rent it.My main concern is to have the apartment housed and well taken care of, while I am away. I will need a clean and responsible tenant so references would be great. If you can email them, I will appreciate it.
You can rent it for up to 5 years, possibly longer.
The move-in date can be anytime.
