this is a scam, they will send you a letter saying you are qualified to get a loan and then will try to get your bank info.

I received a Loan Approved letter from company name: EASY LOAN USA, by a DANIEL ANDREWS SR. LOAN OFFICER.     IS THIS A SCAM?.

Did you apply for that loan? If not, obviously it's a scam.

Something that comes in the mail falls under the Postmasters jurisdiction.
