Received 4 calls today so far from this number. I have no idea who or what they want. I'm glad I have a block on my phone or else my phone would be ringing off the hook!!!

Someone from this number called but I could not understand what they were saying. I'm not sure if they were speaking English or just talking fast. After asking they to repeat themselves several times... they just hung up. I tried calling them back, (I don't want to miss what I'm sure was a very important call), but "all circuits were busy". How sad. One more golden opportunity in my life is missed.
