Indian accent and stated I was eligible for a grant. Said not interested. Caller stated there were going to show up at my address (which was correct) and shoot me in the head with an M-16. Good luck with that

This number called my house 6 times today! When I finally answered I could barely hear the person due to his heavy accent and all the noise in the background. He claimed to be from the US Treasury.
Thy have been calling my # 5 - 6 times a day, they did however answer the phone when I called them back.... They claimed to be from the U.S.treausary saying that I had been choosen by them to receive a grant from them in the amount of $7500 that I would never have to pay back, so the guy gives me an ID# and phone number to call, so I call the #,give them the ID# then they say they need me to put up $265 as a security deposit which I would get back when I picked up the 7500,well I asked the guy how do I know that this is not a scam,the guy screamed at me and said, well you don't have to take the money and hung-up,funny thing is, when I called back it says the # has been disconnected, that was almost 2wks ago but they have been burning my phone up this week, so how and who should I report this to..... Would be very thankful for some help on this, thanks.....
