CALLES ME TODAY AND DIDNT SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH TO BEGAN WITH YOLD ME ABOUT 8,000 GRANT AND AFTER THAT I EXPLAINED THAT I NEVER FILLED OUT FOR SUCH GRANT AND ASKED WAS THERE A WEBSITE AND HE GAVE ME A PHONY ONE AND I HUNG UP ON HIS LYING [***]! WHAT A FREAKING SCAM!!
