I think the lady was asking for me, but accent was so heavy and was mispronoucing it, I kept saying who? then I asked who she was, she said"this is (couldnt understand) who are you?" I said I dont know who this is so I am hanging up
They stalk my life. Those of you they hang up on, say Hello about 4 times in repetition, they will be patched through and you can have some fun with them. I find it funny they chose 666 as their prefix. Little foreign devils.
This company owns multiple numbers and want to scam you by telling you that a federal grant has been awarded to you and 5000 other people. Then they ask for a bank account number and a fee for delivering your grant. THIS IS A SCAM!!! You have to physically apply for a grant not be awarded one at random. Easy fix for them to stop calling is to answer this call wait a few seconds and say the name of your local sheriff or police department and ask how may I help you.

Began getting these odd calls within hours of signing up to take surveys online for pay. Yeah, dumb - but it was supposed to support a charity group. The caller from 202-666-3431 hung up when I asked what government agency is in charge of giving $3,400 grants to random citizens who have paid their taxes on time and not filed for bankruptcy. His accent was so thick that my one syllable last name was spoken with four syllables.
