A woman with a heavy mid-eastern accent called and said she was from the Federal Reserve and that she was going to give me $400. Total fraud!

This is a fraud.  They will ask for your CC info after telling you that you are getting a grant from the fed gov for over $8000.00 which you never have to pay back.  

Threaten them with turning them into the Feds if they ever call you again and for crying out loud...DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO.
