This number called me atleast 7 times this morning! I answered once and they just hung up. They don't say anything..I think it's an machine..but I read some of the comments and I do think it's a scam. Just don't give out your information..
I answered the second time this number called today. Caller ID says DIST OF COLUMBI. Man with accent asked for me by first name. I said [firstname] who? He answered with my last name. I said, Who's calling, and he replied, "Treasury Department of United States Government." I said, And what is your name, and he mumbled something. I said, Can you spell that, please, and he hung up.
Got a call from the entire District of Columbia but none of them left a message. Tried to call back and got a recording saying that all the circuits were busy. Doesn't it seem that the 666 (mark of the beast) in the number is a warning that they're low life scum.
