Joan, you didn't give the users of this site very much information to go on. Did this number call you resulting in a monthly phone charge? Did they finagle a donation or purchase? If you know who this is why are you posting the phone number here? Finally, if they are charging you for something you did not order, purchase or donate, why not call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge? OK...good luck.
This site does not charge anybody anything, so your accusations are false. This is a free web site for reporting scam phone calls. Perhaps you should learn to read before accusing someone of taking money from you.
