Who called from 2026843440

I received a voice mail on my home phone from this number stating it was IRS concerning a Law Suit.  I have nothing pending with the IRS.  I tried calling back twice and got a voice mail message with a lady talking with an accent.  I have not idea who or what this is.

I was informed by my local law enforcement agency to never call the number back, the IRS will only contact by mail with concerns.

We just got the same stinking thing. When I Googled the number it came up with a lot of scam alerts attached.
Someone has too much time on their hands.
