I got call from a male individual stating I got a grant for $8,500 without paying it back! I got a name by Justin Parker

I got the same call saying I need to pay them 262$ first to receive the money didn't sound right if we need to pay them to receive the money..

I got the same call today from male individual. He said I was randomly picked for "Free" government grant of $8500, I just had to make a one time refundable deposit of $265. I told him it sounds like scam if I have to pay money to get free money!!! Said his name was Justin Parker. Phone number wa 202-738-4596

An unknown number called me about some grant money, about $8k plus, and gave me this number to call, 1 (202) 436-9948, to claim it. Asked me for $250 to secure the funds. Obviously, don't have the money and told him to hold it for me and I will call him next week. It has to be a scam. Who do I call to report this?
