Darned if I know who it is. Called at 1830 on Sunday evening. However, we block ALL calls from area code 202, since they are all begging for something. Either money, or votes.
This number has been calling my house for WEEKS, no message left. AICR comes up on the caller ID. It's American Cancer Research. So, today I answered the phone and they hung up! WTH? Very annoying!
I am going to cancel my landline. I'm sick and tired of getting 3 calls a day from them. I monitored my phone for a month and all calls were telemarketers. Good bye landline.
