I got a call today on a phone that doesn't have caller ID, so I picked it up.  A recorded voice said the call was from the IRS.  It then said, "The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. You must return our call at 202-705-4507.  I hung up at that point not having spoken to a live person!!!
