A guy with a foreign accent Called my phone saying he was calling from the treasury department and I was eligible for 9,000. He told me his name is Kevin Johnson and said I was eligible because of my good history with paying bills on time; etc. He said I could receive the money through cash, debit, or my bank account. I realized that this was a scam. He tried to call me back five times in a row after i hung up and i didn't answer.
