got a call stating its a money grant for $7000.00 that i dont have to pay back. couldnt understand the guy very well. he gave me a confirmation number also.

Received a call from "the gov'ment" about the receipt of a $9000,- grant/prize for paying taxes (which I do not have to) and not having a criminal record. Lady with strong accent knew my name and addres plus zip code. Just wanted city and state confirmed and was pressing for my age. She gave me the following nr. to call:203-923-4781 to speak further with Violam Mccartr. I left it at that. Usually, I tell them that I am not interested.
