someone called me but the information he told me just sounds like a scam, what department in government would give $7000 to do whatever they want. especially when money is so tight in the government agencies. He gave the a direct number 202-738-1065.The address is Grant Financial Fund,Dept of Health and Human Services, 200 Independence Ave SW, Washington,DC 20201. Boy they got Balls
