Called my cell phone. Barely let it ring long enough for Caller ID to show up (only # showed).
According to Whitepages.com; "Bandwidth SMSEnabled VoIP in Washington, DC
Moderate spam activity suspected."

rang once. It is a callback scam.

Called and hung up on first ring- called back, it was a recording for "reward redemption" so I hung up.

Called my DNC cell, I did not answer. Thanks to Alex help, I added to address book and set up as no ring.
