My parents just got a call from 202-754-8448 stating that this is the last attempt from IRS to reach them and that IRS is filing a law suite against them. They're requested to call back to find our more info about their case # and should call 202-754-8448. It was an automated very legitimately sound message. I know it's a scam. How can we stop this scam and abuse?
IRS scam claiming that there's a lawsuit against me. Guess what! I've actually death with the IRS and they never ever call. They only use postal service. Nice try scammers!

Just got a call from the so called irs saying they where going to have me arrested in the next few days if I did not pay 3000. And they were also going to put lean on all my assets. I was like really how many yrs and only 3000. I also told him his name which was Janet Cooper didn't fit his accsent and he was clearly a guy using a female name
