I just received a call from this number, it was a mans voice that was speaking on the other end, not a recording. He introduced himself as Chris Harris and asked how my day has been. I told him that I didn't know a Chris Harris and that he must have the wrong number. He seemed distraught and apologized, and then hung up. I don't know if he was planning on trying to sell me something like these other reports, but it truly seemed like a real mis-dial.
