This number seems to have become active again. I see that most of the previous reports were from 2014, but I just got a call that came up as "Pay Processing" on caller ID, and they hung up without leaving a message when I didn't answer.
Called my cell phone. I screen all calls. Never answer a call from a number I do not recognize. They left no voicemail. Their area code is District of Columbia. I live in NJ.
