I had a similar situation a couple years back-them calling from about 3 or 4 numbers daily. I rounded the numbers up and found someone in the local office who cared enough to help me and the next day the calls stopped.
Daily calls from what my caller ID reports as ALA. They use many different phone numbers and I must have blocked a half dozen so far. They never leave a message. This intentional work around makes no sense for a nonprofit like American Lung Association and I'd be surprised if this was anything other than a scam or kids playing with a Called ID spoofer. No legitimate cause would spend so much time and money on robodialer equipment and harassing the public by exposing their phishing phone tactics. I don't contribute to anything these days so no check or card owner info can be used or sold to these jerks.
MAKE THEM STOP!!! I'M on the Do Not Call list. Why are their calls let through? I just don't answer. MAKE THEM STOP!!! In this techie world; why can't this be done?

To: C. J. McDonnell....The fact that you are on the Do Not Call List does not matter to these callers,
because they ignore it; What they are doing is illegal anyway. Just get a blocking device and use it
to block these robocalls. Your own phone may have limited blocking capability..check with your provider.
